  • STEP 3: PREPARATION CHECKLIST

    A STAMP Mortgage Guide will create a personal mortgage document checklist to best position the mortgage application for a fast approval. The client will be required to collect: Income Documents If salary- Letter of Employment (Sample Letter Provided) and Latest Paystub. If hourly- Letter of Employment (Sample Letter Provided), latest paystub, last two years of T4s. If self employed- Last two years of Notice of Assessment, last two years T1 General, last two years Business Financials, and Incorporation documents (if available).   • STEP 4: APPLICATION PRE/APPROVAL

  • STEP 6: FIRM APPROVAL & ACCEPTANCE

  • STEP 7: CONVEYANCING & CLOSING
